Getting advice during the pandemic

All advice services are currently telephone and online

As of Monday 23rd March, our open door drop-in service is suspended. All advice services have now been transferred to telephone and online support (see below)

This is in response to the coronavirus situation. We are working closely with partners and funders, such as Lambeth Council, to continue providing you with advice services. Our services will develop further over the coming weeks and we will update this page when new services are added

Do you need advice?

  • Advice Finder: you will find lots of information and telephone numbers that may help you resolve your issues on our home page. These are categorised by advice area e.g. ‘debt’ and ’employment’;
  • New enquiries: ring our public telephone line on 0207 095 5908 between 10am and 3pm, Monday to Thursday. Please note, it is likely this line will be very busy so please be patient and consider ringing back later in the day rather than first thing in the morning or send us a message through our Contact Form;
  • Existing clients: if we are already helping you with a case, then contact your adviser directly by telephone;
  • Contact Form; send us a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Include a telephone number as it may be easier to ring you;
  • Disrepair issues: if you are a local authority or housing association tenant and believe that you have serious disrepair issues in your home, then we may be able to provide advice on resolving them. Contact Pete Elliott on 0207 095 5914, between 10am to 4pm, Monday to Thursday

Thursday evening legal advice clinics

The evening clinic is currently suspended. We are looking at providing an online and telephone-based clinic in the coming weeks and will update this page when it goes live
