- using software packages for word processing and preparing documents and letters
- using databases and spreadsheets and our case management system, Advice Pro
- supporting solicitors and our other caseworkers with their cases
- responding to online enquiries and answering telephone calls
- updating local information for other agencies and for clients to use
- helping clients complete forms and making telephone calls on their behalf
- analysing data and generating reports, summaries and visualisations
- general administrative responsibilities
- acting as a trustee of the Centre
